Promo Terms & Conditions
Spider veins are small, web-like clusters of red, blue, or purple veins. They can appear anywhere on the body, but are typically found on the legs or face. They are usually harmless, but their visibility can negatively impact comfort and confidence.
Miller Vein’s signature treatment method, VeinErase®, helps create a comfortable and relaxing environment for the patient while treating with gold-standard sclerotherapy.
A medical solution is injected directly into the spider veins, causing them to collapse and fade over time. This gold-standard procedure has been refined over nearly 20 years to deliver safe, effective results with minimal discomfort.
The evaluation is an assessment of your spider veins. Based on the results, we will create an individualized care plan for you and answer any questions you may have. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
Most patients see improvement after their first treatment, with optimal results typically requiring 2-4 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. The exact number depends on the extent and location of your spider veins. During your free evaluation, we can provide a personalized treatment recommendation.
It’s important to understand that everyone responds differently to spider vein treatment. That being said, most patients see lightening of their spider veins after multiple treatments. For that reason, we recommend at least three treatments for optimal results.
At Miller Vein, we aim for 70 to 80% clearance or lightening of spider veins. No existing spider vein treatment makes them disappear completely. If another vein clinic promises 100% clearance, we recommend a second opinion.
Yes! At Miller Vein, we treat facial spider veins using VeinGogh™. VeinGogh™ is an FDA-approved treatment that uses microbust technology to deliver a tiny amount of heat through a hair-thin probe. This technique helps target and collapse the veins on the face without damaging the surrounding skin.

Normally, yes. The typical price per treatment is $450. The VeinErase® package provides three treatments at $1,050 or $350 per treatment. With the VeinErase® package, you enjoy $100 off per treatment.
During the promotional period at Miller Vein Grand Rapids & Holland, we will not be offering packages. If you buy three treatments during the promotional period, they will only cost $597. That's a discount of over $450 over three treatments.

VeinErase® Promotion Terms (General)
The following terms apply to all VeinErase® promotions across Miller Vein locations unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
VeinErase® promotions apply to cosmetic spider vein sclerotherapy only and do not apply to petite VeinErase® treatments.
Promotions are not transferable, have no cash value, and may not be applied retroactively to past visits.Promotions cannot be combined with other Miller Vein offers, including VeinErase® packages or the VeinErase® Loyalty Program.
Treatment is subject to evaluation and provider approval.
Miller Vein reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time. Treatments rendered while a promotion is active will be honored at the promotional price.
West Michigan $199 VeinErase® Promotion
Offer overview. $199 per VeinErase® treatment, available at Miller Vein Grand Rapids and Miller Vein Holland (Holland eligible May 21, 2026 onward). The promotion is open to all patients, both new and existing. There is no package required, no minimum number of treatments, and no maximum number of treatments. Treatments may be purchased once or as many times as you would like.
Timing. The promotion runs April 21, 2026 through July 31, 2026. To qualify for the $199 rate, treatments must be purchased on or before July 31, 2026. The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to any visit prior to April 21, 2026. Purchased treatments will be honored and are not subject to a redemption deadline.
Scope. The $199 rate applies to cosmetic spider vein sclerotherapy only. It does not apply to petite VeinErase® treatments or to any other vein service offered at Miller Vein.
Restrictions. The $199 rate is not transferable, has no cash value, and may not be applied retroactively. It cannot be combined with other Miller Vein offers, including VeinErase® packages or the VeinErase® Loyalty Program. VeinErase® treatments are billed as a cash-pay cosmetic service and are not currently eligible for FSA or HSA reimbursement.
Packages. VeinErase® packages are not offered at Miller Vein Grand Rapids or Miller Vein Holland during the promotion. Standard VeinErase® packages resume at these locations on August 1, 2026.Loyalty Program pause (West Michigan only). The VeinErase® Loyalty Program is paused at Miller Vein Grand Rapids and Miller Vein Holland during the promotion. Stamps earned at these locations prior to April 29, 2026 remain valid. Stamp accrual is paused at Grand Rapids and Holland through July 31, 2026 and resumes August 1, 2026. The VeinErase® Loyalty Program continues to operate normally at all Southeast Michigan locations during this period.
Reservation of rights. Miller Vein reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time. Treatments purchased on or before July 31, 2026 will be honored at the promotional rate.Content on this site is reviewed by our vein specialists.
