How Does the VeinErase® Loyalty Program Work?

1. Earn 1 stamp for each VeinErase® visit.
2. Collect 3 stamps to receive $100 off your next visit.
3. Collect 7 stamps to receive your next treatment FREE.
4. This card can only be used at Miller Vein for VeinErase® spider vein treatment.
5. Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.
6. Consultations and petit treatments are excluded.
7. Cards are non-transferrable and cannot be combined with other cards.
8. The Company reserve the right of final decisions in case of any disputes.
9. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10. VeinErase® reserves the right to withhold or revoke stamps and rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or error.

How to Sign Up (Desktop)

1. Head to www.millervein.com.
2. Navigate to the Schedule / Contact tab on the home page.
3. Click on the “Join Our VeinErase® Loyalty Program for Discounted Treatment” tab.
4. This will open a new tab to sign up for the loyalty program. Fill out the necessary information and hit “Join Now.”
5. Congratulations! You are now a part of the VeinErase® Loyalty Program.
