What Is VeinErase® for Spider Veins?
VeinErase® is Miller Vein’s proprietary spider vein treatment program, combining the gold standard treatment for spider veins with a carefully designed patient experience built around comfort, confidence, and compassionate care.
At its core, VeinErase® uses sclerotherapy, the most established and effective treatment for spider veins available. A medical solution is injected directly into the spider veins, causing them to collapse and gradually fade from view. Unlike many practices that treat only one leg per visit, VeinErase® covers both legs using the maximum safe dose of FDA-approved medication during every appointment. This means fewer visits and more efficient progress toward your goals.

Sessions take less than 30 minutes for most patients, making VeinErase® easy to fit into a busy schedule.
Your Results
Most patients see noticeable improvement after their first VeinErase® treatment. Optimal results typically require two to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, though the exact number depends on the extent and location of your spider veins and how your body responds to treatment.

What to Expect After VeinErase® Treatment
One of the most common questions patients ask before their first VeinErase® session is what they will look like and feel like afterward. Here is an honest picture.
Immediately after treatment, you walk out of the clinic and resume normal activities. There is no required recovery period and no restrictions on returning to work or daily life. We recommend wearing compression stockings for a period following treatment, avoiding strenuous exercise for a day or two, and protecting treated areas from direct sun exposure in the short term.
In the first few days, some mild redness, slight bruising, or small raised areas at the injection sites are normal and expected responses as the treated veins begin to close. These typically resolve within a week or two.
Over the two to six weeks following each session, the closed veins gradually fade as the body breaks them down and reabsorbs the tissue. Progress is documented with before-and-after photos at every visit so you can see the change clearly.
