Miller Vein offers comfortable spider vein treatment at all eight of our Michigan clinics.
Varicose vein treatments (and related procedures) are considered medical. They are completed in-office, typically take around 15 minutes, and result in no downtime. You can drive yourself to and from a vein procedure.
Important Note: Spider veins will remain after medical treatments.
Varicose vein procedures are typically covered by insurance. At Miller Vein, we’re committed to making exceptional vein care accessible to everyone. That’s why we accept over 700 insurance plans. This ensures you receive the treatments you need.

Spider vein treatments are considered cosmetic. Procedures are completed in-office, take less than 30 minutes, and result in no downtime. You can drive yourself to and from a treatment session.
While medical treatments don’t get rid of spider veins, Miller Vein’s trademarked VeinErase® treatments do.
Because spider vein treatments are considered cosmetic, they are typically not covered by insurance. (If you’re an educator in Michigan and have MESSA insurance, spider vein treatments are actually covered.)
