Tell us about a positive patient experience.

Ciara: We recently had a patient who was very happy with the way that Dr. Toma addressed his concerns about his leg.

He felt very heard and listened to, and that all of his concerns were addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.

What’s the most rewarding part of working with patients?

Annie: So being an ultrasound tech, I feel like when patients come the first time they are in a lot of pain.

And then I get to see the patient again, after the procedures and treatments, and then they feel a lot better. That makes me so happy.

Can you share a time a patient interaction stood out to you?

Tori: So, my most recent experience that warms my heart was that my patients a few weeks ago brought me some gifts.

And I thought it was the most sweetest thing because I was literally just being me by taking care of them and making sure they were good.

This made me feel special and it’s like well that’s my job is to make you feel special, and you have outdone me. So, it just touched me in a different way I’ll say that.
